- Maximum occupancy: Whilst the listing is available for 8 adults, please note that 2 additional children can be accommodated in the bunk beds in Bedroom 5, the kids' room, which is directly attached to Bedroom 1.
- Wildlife: Being a tropical paradise, it's quite common to encounter unique wildlife in Bali, from geckos and birds to various insects. These creatures are harmless and simply a natural part of daily life in the region.
- Construction: Please note that there are a lot of new developments across Bali. The villa may experience some noise as a result of the surrounding environment.
- Power: As our villa is in a newly developed area, occasional power outages may occur due to Bali’s electricity infrastructure. While we strive to ensure your comfort, these interruptions are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, we do not have a generator on-site yet, and refunds cannot be issued for power-related disruptions.
- Water: Please be aware that water pressure can occasionally fluctuate briefly, as the pump takes a moment to activate. This is normal and the flow will stabilize.
